Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

UAE Shipping:

  • Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
  • - Free shipping on orders over AED 150
  • - Flat rate shipping: AED 15-25 for orders under AED 150

International Shipping:

  • Standard international: 10-21 business days
  • - Rates calculated at checkout based on destination

Tracking:

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your order on the carrier website.

 

Delays:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate.

 

Customs and Import Duties:

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
