We want you to be happy with your purchase from Pro AVL. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

 

Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • - Item must be in its original packaging
  • - Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

How to Start a Return:

Contact us at info@proavl.me or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

 

Refunds:

Once we confirm the return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged through customer misuse
  • - Items returned outside the 14-day window without prior approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

 

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged on arrival or incorrectly sent.
